The myMAp architecture comprises of three main components, myMAp InterConnect, myMAp Server and the myMAp Client.


The myMAp Server is the core of the solution and contains all the services required to push and pull information and configuration between backend systems and the device client.


The Interconnect Module makes integration easy. Simply use the graphical interface to map fields between systems and using the communication service myMAp supports various trigger methods such as file creation or scheduled.


The communication and transaction services handles the data synchronisation by transferring data between the myMAp server and the mobile device ensuring that data is up to date and that the amount of data transferred is minimised.


The client on the device renders the application to fit the screen and integrate with the specifications of the device such as barcode scanner, camera, wireless communications etc.  The clients configuration is based on the modules selected and can be easily scaled to incorporated additional modules and with the Application Studio users can integrate the modules to create a seamless solution.


The myMAp solution has been designed to make mobile computing simple and easy to use. Key to this concept is making the systems comprehensive architecture user friendly, easy to configure and support but ensuring that it provides the range of features that make myMAp a must for any company looking to realise the benefits of mobile working.


myMAp Client

The myMAp® client is the application that runs on any compatiable mobile device. The client stores all the required application and work order data in either a batch or real time mode. The client has built-in support for a range of data collection methods such as barcode, RFID, Camera, Bluetooth etc.


The device based client supports a range of devices and operating systems and applies business logic based on the user identifction as designed through the myMAp Application Studio.


myMAp Server

The myMAp Server extends any existing business system into a fully integrated mobile solution. The server provides all the services required to push and pull information as the mobile users go about their work.


The myMAp servers integral Communication and Transaction Services provide secure, fast, compressed data synchronisation, device management, security, error handling, personalisation and additional transactional controls needed for the mobile solution to function.


myMAp - InterConnect

myMAp Interconnect provides easy integration with leading enterprise applications and systems by using pre-configured connectors to support simple management of system integration. The module supported systems include flat files (CSV/XML), web services, all major databases, cloud databases and applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM).


The key benefit of myMAp’s InterConnect module is that it’s easy to use, easy to manage integration and comprehensive with support for virtually any application, database or system.


myMAp - Management Console


The Management Console provides a user friendly and intuitive interface that has been designed to give a customisable and comprehensive view of field worker activity. The console allows users to create and assign new tasks, produce key reports, monitor progress and interact with users in the field.


The set of tools within the management console give users a complete and unique way to monitor workforce activity that provides a new level of transparency to mobile solutions.


myMAp - Application Studio

The myMAp Application Studio is an integrated mobile development environment which allows users to easily and quickly modify, develop or create mobile applications within the myMAp solution.


The Application Studio permits IT, operations or administrators the ability to model business logic, create/edit user forms, map system data, define relationships, validate data entry and define data capture methods.
